Our mission for these 2-on-1 Intakes are to provide in-depth support and help address your complaints and/or goals with compassion, professionalism, and tailored expertise.

• Establishing holistic goals
• Providing up to 3 actionable steps to incorporate immediately
• An email follow-up including all important teaching topics, recommendations, resources, and actionable steps
